These parts are discontinued and very hard to find.

$200 for successful repair. $100 bench test fee still applies if found to be non-repairable. Does not include shipping, client must cover shipping costs both ways. 

Please ensure unit packed well and padded on all sides as courier insurance often excludes electronics sent for repair, and we have received multiple units damaged in shipping due to poor packing.

This is the first release visio console version which uses a 15.4" resistive touch glass and can be identified by having 2 square black heat sinks on the rear.
